Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually, plus commissions

Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional weekend networking events

The Corporate Sales Manager is a highly motivated, organized and results-oriented individual responsible for:

  • Developing and executing an inside sales strategy to convert inbound sales inquiries.
  • Generating new business through phone and email outreach and nurturing existing client relationships. 
  • Developing and executing an external sales strategy to identify new prospective clients and drive revenue growth in the B2B segment.
  • Maintaining and tracking outreach efforts meticulously in the CRM system, hitting outreach targets and measuring success against quarterly goals.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service and prospect outreach, excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of meeting, measuring and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  2. Identify and prioritize potential corporate clients, both current and prospective, to establish the most promising business relationships.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing contracts.
  5. As a Corporate Sales Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns tailored to our corporate clients. Your input and ideas are essential in this collaborative environment.
  6. Drive sales automation and create processes related to responses, quoting, payment, etc.
  7. Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  8. Maintain customer accounts by collecting payments, processing returns and credits, and obtaining deposits.
  9. Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports presented to the team.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements affecting corporate sales.
  11. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  12. Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and products.
