It could also be a home builder event, grand opening, open house, community celebration, customer appreciation event or an activation designed to get people to stop, stay awhile and interact with your brand.
We’ve built Candy Buffets for all kinds of corporate and community events, and the first thing we want to know isn’t what colour candy you want. We want to know what you’re doing and who’s coming.
That gives us a much better starting point for determining the size of the buffet, how guests will interact with it, what kind of setup makes sense and where we can make it feel specific to your company or event.
Make It Feel Like It Belongs There
This is where corporate Candy Buffets can get really fun.
Company colours are an obvious place to start, but they’re definitely not the only option. We can work with the event theme, a campaign, a product launch, a community initiative, or the overall look you're already creating. And if you want to take the branding further, we do corporate branding and white labelling too.
Need a custom acrylic sign for the buffet? We can do that. Want branded Candy Bags ready for guests to grab? Absolutely. We can also incorporate pre-assembled products like CandyGrams or cotton candy tubs alongside the buffet, create take-home pieces or add larger candy prizes for giveaways and door prizes.
It means the buffet doesn't have to exist on its own. It can become part of the bigger experience you're creating.
Because we're choosing the candy specifically for your event, it can also be part of the design. Sometimes the brief is beautifully polished and sophisticated. Sometimes it's make everything blue. Heck, it's even wagon wheels and cowboy boots!
There Are a Few Things Worth Knowing Before Event Day
Corporate events often come with logistics that aren't quite as exciting as candy, but they matter.
Guest count is a big one, particularly for events where hundreds of people may visit the buffet over several hours. An open house where people are coming and going all afternoon works differently from a seated holiday party, and a busy public event is different again. We’ll also want to know how long the event runs, when we can access the venue for setup, where the buffet will be located and whether there are any venue requirements we need to work around.
Dietary considerations can also be important when you're serving a large and varied group. We offer gluten-free and dairy-free, peanut-free and nut-free, vegan, halal, and sugar-free options, and can help determine what makes the most sense for your guests and event.
You don't need to arrive with all of those answers perfectly figured out. That's why you talk to us before we start building the buffet.
And Yes, We Travel
We're based in Calgary and regularly work throughout the city and surrounding area, but the Candy Buffets don't necessarily stop at the city limits.
For larger corporate events, holiday parties, and celebrations, we can travel to destinations such as Banff and Lake Louise. If your event is happening farther away, talk to us. Depending on the location and what you're planning, we can look at full-service options or our Candy Buffet in a Box.

Once we've worked out the details with you, we handle it. Our full-service Candy Buffets include the candy, vases, backdrop display, table linen and decor, scoops or tongs, candy bags and setup. Customizations and late-night takedown can be added depending on what your event requires.
So whether planning the event is literally your job or it became your job approximately three emails ago, you don't need to become an expert in candy quantities, buffet styling, or transporting a backdrop.
