We Asked Sarah to Inventory the Warehouse. Was It a Mistake?

We Asked Sarah to Inventory the Warehouse. Was It a Mistake?

If you've been here before, you already know that Sarah’s warehouse clean-up led to one very important discovery: We own 188 disco balls. Naturally, we assumed that would be the highlight.

We were wrong...

It Started as a Normal Clean-Up

As part of our spring reset, Sarah has been deep in warehouse organization mode: shelves, bins, corners, all of it. The goal was simple. Inventory what we actually have for our candy buffets, event setups, and decor installs.

What we did not expect was… this.

We opened one box, and things escalated very quickly.

What This Actually Says About Our Events

As unhinged as this all sounds, there is a reason behind it.

When we’re building out candy buffets, corporate events, weddings, and brand activations, we are not pulling from one “set look.” We are pulling from a collection that has grown over the years as we have created custom setups.

Which means:

  • We have random things.
  • We have niche things.
  • We have “why do we own this” things.

But we also have the ability to create setups that feel completely different every single time.

  • One event might lean clean and minimal.
  • Another might be bright, playful, and full of colour.
  • Another might include a disco wall and a palm tree for no logical reason except that it looks incredible.

And that flexibility is exactly what makes it fun.

Your Sign to Clean Out That One Closet

If nothing else, consider this your reminder that you probably have at least one box, drawer, or closet that would fully surprise you if you opened it right now.

Will you find a haunted doll? Hopefully not.
Will you find something you forgot you loved? Probably.

But also, if you’re planning an event and want a setup that feels anything but basic, just know we’ve got the inventory to make it happen.

Even if that includes snowballs, disco walls, and a slightly concerning doll.
